Delete your account
You can delete your NAATI CCL account yourself, at any time, from this page or from My progress inside the app. No email request, no waiting on us.
You are signed in as .
This removes your account and every practice record attached to it. It cannot be undone.
You are not signed in. Sign in first — deletion has to be done from the account itself, so that nobody else can delete it for you.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in access.
- Every practice record: which dialogues you attempted, the marks, the retained and omitted information, your streak and your progress charts.
- Any anonymous attempts that had been claimed into your account.
- Any active session on every device — you are signed out everywhere immediately.
What is not stored in the first place
- Your voice recordings are never kept. Audio is sent for marking and discarded once the marking comes back. There is no recording archive to delete.
- The transcript of what you said is not stored either — only the marks and the categories.
What we have to keep
- If you ever paid, the payment record itself stays with our payment provider (Stripe) because Australian tax and accounting law requires it. It is a transaction record, not a practice record, and it is not linked to anything you can practise with.
- Aggregate, anonymous counters that carry no identity (for example, "how many segments were marked on a given day").
How long it takes
Immediately. The button above deletes the records as you watch; you do not wait on a queue and nobody at our end reviews it. Backups of the underlying storage roll off within 30 days.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@naaticcl.com from the address you signed up with and we will delete it for you.
