About
Who we are and how this site is made
naaticcl.com is an independent practice platform for the NAATI Credentialed Community Language (CCL) test. It is run by PTE Study Pty Ltd, an Australian company. We are not part of NAATI and NAATI does not endorse us: we build practice material to the published test specification and check every fact against NAATI's own pages.

How the practice dialogues are made
Every dialogue follows NAATI's published CCL format: two speakers, one speaking English and one speaking the other language, in segments of 35 words or fewer, set in the community situations the test covers (health, legal, housing, welfare, employment, education and the rest). Each one has audio read at exam speed. The dialogues are original practice material, not copies of real exam papers.
How the marking works, and how accurate it is
When you record an answer, our AI marking compares what you said with what had to be transferred, segment by segment, and shows what you kept, left out or changed. The score is our model's estimate, not a NAATI result. We publish how far our predictions sit from real results on the calibration page, computed from results students report back. That sample started at zero, and the page says so.
How the guides are checked
- Facts about the test (fees, dates, the pass mark, rules, results) come from NAATI's and the Department of Home Affairs' own pages. Each guide lists its sources and the date the facts were checked.
- Before a guide goes live, an automated check compares every number in it with the saved text of the official pages. A number we cannot find there does not get published.
- Test dates and seats come from NAATI's public test date search and are re-checked every 2 hours. The time of the last check is shown next to them. Always confirm in myNAATI before you book.
What we are not
We are not NAATI, we do not sell NAATI tests, and we cannot book, change or influence a test or a result. Bookings and results go through myNAATI. If you need a document translated, you need a NAATI certified translator, not a practice site.
Found a mistake?
Email support@naaticcl.com with the page and what is wrong. Rules change, and we would rather fix a guide the same day than leave it wrong. Our terms, privacy and refund policy are here.
