myNAATI Login: Sign In, Reset Password and Book the CCL

Updated 8 October 2026 · facts checked against NAATI and Home Affairs pages on 7 September 2026

Quick answer: You log in to myNAATI at my.naati.com.au with your email and password. If you have forgotten the password, press Reset Password on that page and enter your NAATI Number (not your CPN), which is in any email NAATI has sent you. If your account is blocked, email info@naati.com.au. CCL test dates are booked by you in the Manage My Tests section; NAATI staff cannot book them for you.

This is an independent guide written by naaticcl.com, a CCL practice site. We are not NAATI, we never ask for your myNAATI password, and nothing on this page is a login form. The only place to type your NAATI password is the myNAATI sign-in page itself. If you are logging in to book a CCL date, it helps to know where seats are before you go in: our live NAATI CCL test dates table shows the next session with seats for every CCL language, and you can practise a full CCL dialogue free while you wait for a date.

Where to log in

The myNAATI sign-in page is at my.naati.com.au. It shows three things:

NAATI sometimes posts notices about the system above the sign-in box. On 30 September 2026, for example, the page carried an update about digital stamp generation for practitioners. NAATI's FAQ says its website and myNAATI are functioning 99.9% of the time, and that when they will be down for longer periods for updates or maintenance, NAATI tries to say so on the website or on the myNAATI login page. So if login is not working, the sign-in page itself is the first place to look for a notice.

People search for "NAATI login", "my NAATI" and "NAATI CCL login" for the same thing. There is one myNAATI account for everything you do with NAATI, whether that is a CCL application, a certification test or managing a credential.

Creating a myNAATI account

You need a myNAATI account before you can apply for any test. NAATI's FAQ puts it simply: you create a myNAATI account at my.naati.com.au, and once you have an account you can apply for your test.

For the CCL, the official process has three steps:

  1. Register and log in to your myNAATI account and submit an application.
  2. NAATI processes your application, and you receive an email once it is processed.
  3. You select a test date and pay the test fee.

When you submit a CCL application you provide your full name, date of birth, gender, country of birth, address, email address, phone number and a photo of your face, and you upload a scan of an identity document. NAATI says it will reject an application that does not include a scan of an identity document, and that ID documents cannot be added after you submit. If that happens, you submit a new application with the ID attached, and it is processed in the order received.

Two details that catch people out:

Forgotten password

NAATI's instructions: use the Reset Password button on the homepage of myNAATI. You will need to enter your NAATI Number, not your CPN. You can find your NAATI Number in any emails from NAATI.

If you have forgotten your NAATI Number as well, email info@naati.com.au. Use the email address registered on your account, because that is where NAATI will reply and where any reset link will go.

A practical tip: search your inbox for an older email from NAATI before you contact them. Application confirmations and test emails carry your NAATI Number, and finding it yourself is faster than waiting for a reply.

Blocked account

If your myNAATI account is blocked, NAATI asks you to email info@naati.com.au. They will ask for verification of who you are, and then send a password reset to your email address.

The important part is in a separate answer in NAATI's FAQ: a blocked account is not flagged to NAATI automatically. Nobody at NAATI knows your account is blocked until you email them, so do not wait for it to clear on its own.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA)

You can set up MFA in the My Account section. With MFA on, you need a code from an authenticator app on your phone in addition to your myNAATI username and password.

If you replace or lose your phone, NAATI suggests installing the same authenticator app on the new phone and pulling across your existing logins. If you have already replaced your phone and cannot log in, you may be able to put your SIM card back into the old phone to turn MFA off temporarily, then move the SIM back and set MFA up again. If none of that works, email info@naati.com.au from your registered email address.

Booking a CCL test date inside myNAATI

Once NAATI has assessed your application and emailed you, you can book any available session through the Manage My Tests section. You cannot reserve a place before the application has been assessed.

When you select a session, you pay to confirm it, by credit card or PayPal. The CCL test fee is $814, in Australian dollars and including GST where applicable, for NAATI's 2026–27 fees, which are valid from 1 July 2026 until 30 June 2027. The CCL fees guide covers the review fee and refund rules.

What NAATI says about the screens you might see:

What you see What it means
No test dates at all All scheduled sessions are full, or no sessions are scheduled yet for your language
"To be scheduled" on Manage my Test There are no test spots available right now
A date that disappears when you try to book Dates are shown live, so another candidate may have booked it first

NAATI's advice in every case is the same: the booking portal is live and updated daily, so keep checking myNAATI for cancellations and new dates. There is no time limit to select a test spot after your application has been processed.

Two warnings from NAATI itself:

Bookings for CCL sessions close 1 week prior to the test date. The step-by-step version, with rescheduling and cancellation, is in NAATI CCL test dates and booking.

Changing your test, language or details

After the test: results and reviews in myNAATI

Your results arrive by email, and the review option sits in the My Test Results section of myNAATI. You can apply for a review within 30 days of receiving your results, if you are eligible. NAATI lists the reasons the review option may not appear: you have already applied to sit the test again, it has been more than 30 days, or a third party sponsored your application.

Your name on the credential letter is printed from the details entered in myNAATI. NAATI says any correction must be sent in writing to info@naati.com.au with a copy of valid ID within 7 days of receiving your result. The results guide and the review and resit guide cover what comes next.

Use the waiting time

Most people log in to myNAATI to find a date, and then wait weeks for it. That wait is the best practice time you will get. The CCL is two dialogues, segments of 35 words or fewer, and marks come off for anything you leave out, add or change. Our 2,241 practice dialogues across 50 languages are written to that specification, and AI marking shows segment by segment what you kept and what you lost. Your first full dialogue is marked free on the practice page, and the Australian terms list covers the words that cost marks. Check which languages we cover first.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I log in to myNAATI?

At my.naati.com.au. The sign-in page asks for your email and password, and has a Reset Password button and a link to register if you do not have a myNAATI account yet. Only type your NAATI password on that page.

How do I reset my myNAATI password?

Use the Reset Password button on the myNAATI homepage. You will need your NAATI Number, not your CPN, and you can find your NAATI Number in any email NAATI has sent you. If you have forgotten your NAATI Number, email info@naati.com.au.

My myNAATI account is blocked. What do I do?

Email info@naati.com.au. NAATI will ask you to verify who you are and then send a password reset to your email address. A blocked account is not flagged to NAATI automatically, so nothing happens until you email them.

Why can't I see any CCL test dates in myNAATI?

NAATI says that if you cannot see any test dates, all scheduled sessions are full or no sessions have been scheduled yet for your language. If your test shows as to be scheduled, there are no test spots available right now. The booking portal is updated daily, so keep checking.

Can NAATI book a CCL test date for me?

No. NAATI staff cannot book a test date for you. You select an available date yourself in myNAATI. NAATI also says it gives no company or individual preferential access to test places and will invalidate the test of any candidate found to have used a service offering earlier dates.

Is there a NAATI app?

Not at this stage, according to NAATI's own FAQ. myNAATI is used in a web browser at my.naati.com.au.

Do I need multi-factor authentication on myNAATI?

It is not compulsory. You can set it up in the My Account section, and it is a requirement if you want to access NAATI's digital stamps or ID cards. It uses a code from an authenticator app on your phone in addition to your username and password.
