Full transcript
Good morning, this is icare calling about your recent car accident claim. Can you describe exactly what happened at the intersection last Tuesday afternoon?
I'm sorry to hear that. Did you see a doctor immediately, or did the pain start a few days after the accident?
That's helpful, thank you. Do you have a medical certificate or a report from the GP confirming your injury and treatment recommended?
Under CTP insurance rules, you generally need to lodge your claim within 28 days of the accident, even if test results aren't complete yet.
If you don't lodge within 28 days, you can still apply for an extension, but you'll need to explain the delay in writing.
Great, thank you. Please send the form and GP report to our office by Friday, and we'll begin assessing your claim straight away.
Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
Practise it
Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Nepali dialogues · All languages
