Good morning, Ms Gurung. I'm calling from the Department of Home Affairs regarding your partner visa application. Could you confirm both your full names for our records?

Thank you. Do you have documents showing shared finances, such as a joint bank account, joint lease agreement, or shared utility bills?

Have you been married before, either in Nepal or elsewhere? If so, we will need your official divorce certificate before we can proceed further.

You'll also need to complete a medical examination with an approved panel doctor before your visa application can be finally granted.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
