Full transcript
Good morning, I'm Officer Reynolds from the local police station. Can you tell me the date, time, and where your car was parked?
Did you see the other vehicle clearly? Do you remember any part of the number plate, the colour, model, or make of the car?
That's helpful, thank you. Is there any CCTV nearby, such as shops or businesses, that might have recorded the collision or the vehicle leaving?
Good. I'll note the shop's location and request the footage today. I'll also give you a police report number for your insurance claim.
Even if the driver is never identified, most comprehensive policies still cover the damage, though you may need to pay an excess.
Usually it takes about ten business days to process, but you can contact your insurance company directly to lodge the claim online or by phone.
Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.

Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Nepali dialogues · All languages
