Thanks for coming in today. I have your file open here, showing you received a call claiming you'd won a lottery. What exactly did the caller say to you?
उहाँले भन्नुभयो कि मैले पचास हजार डलरको लटरी जितेको छु, तर पैसा पाउनको लागि पहिले पाँच सय डलर पठाउनुपर्छ भन्नुभयो।
Did you send any money to this person, and do you still have their phone number or any text messages they sent?
मैले डर लागेर दुई सय डलर पठाइसकेको छु, र उहाँको फोन नम्बर मसँग अझै छ।
I need to tell you clearly: legitimate lotteries never ask winners to pay a fee first, so this call was almost certainly a scam.

First, did you share any bank account details, passwords, or copies of identification documents with this caller at any point?

You should contact your bank immediately to secure your account, then report this matter to Scamwatch and to the police. Do not send any more money.
