Mr Farah, I want to go through your scan and biopsy results together today, because they show something serious happening in your liver.

The biopsy confirmed liver cancer, a tumour about four point two centimetres wide in your right lobe, but thankfully it hasn't spread to other organs yet.

Because it hasn't spread, surgery is possible, but if the tumour is close to major blood vessels, we may need chemotherapy first instead.
