Thanks for holding, Mrs. Villanueva — I've pulled up your theft claim with NRMA. Can you confirm what items were taken from your home?
Nawala po ang aking laptop, ilang piraso ng alahas, at pera sa loob ng aparador nang mapasok ng magnanakaw ang bahay namin noong Miyerkules ng gabi.
Did you already report this break-in to the police? If you haven't, we can't open the claim file yet — please do that first.
Opo, nag-report po ako agad sa pulis kinaumagahan, at binigyan nila ako ng event number na E123456 para sa insidente.
Do you have any receipts or photos showing the laptop's value, roughly one thousand dollars, plus details of the missing jewellery?
Mayroon po akong resibo ng laptop na binili ko noong Enero, halos isang libong dolyar ang halaga, pero wala akong resibo sa alahas dahil regalo po iyon ng aking lola.

CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
