Thanks for holding, Mr. Santos. I'm calling from NRMA Insurance about your claim after the collision on Bridge Road. How's your shoulder progressing since the accident?
That's good you're getting treatment. Has your doctor given you a medical certificate covering the six weeks of physiotherapy, and are you keeping all receipts?
Good. Your policy has a $500 excess, but if your injury is assessed as work-related, that amount may be waived. Have you lodged a WorkCover claim as well?
I see, so this was a private trip, not work-related. Did you report the accident to NSW Police, and do you have the incident number?
No problem, you can upload the report through our online claims portal instead of emailing it. That will help us finalise your assessment faster.
Once we receive the report, assessment usually takes about ten business days, unless we need further medical evidence, which could extend the process slightly.
Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.

Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Filipino dialogues · All languages
