Mr. Naik, thanks for coming back for your follow-up after your fall at Flinders Medical Centre last Thursday. How has your head been feeling since the accident?
ಡಾಕ್ಟರ್, ತಲೆ ನೋವು ಇನ್ನೂ ಇದೆ, ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಲವೊಮ್ಮೆ ತಲೆ ತಿರುಗಿದಂತೆ ಆಗುತ್ತೆ. ಬೀಳಿದ ದಿನದಿಂದ ನೆನಪಿನ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಆಗಿದೆ ಅನ್ಸುತ್ತೆ.

Your CT scan showed a mild traumatic brain injury with some bruising, but thankfully no bleeding or swelling that needs surgery.

You'll need to rest, avoid driving for two weeks, skip alcohol completely, and only return to work gradually once your symptoms settle.

Take paracetamol only for headaches — avoid ibuprofen, since it can increase bleeding risk. If symptoms worsen, go straight to Emergency.
