Thanks for coming in, Mr. Nagaraj. Please tell me exactly what went wrong with the electrical work you had done at your home in Wollongong.

I'll lodge a formal complaint with NSW Fair Trading today. They'll write to the electrician requesting his response, though there's no guaranteed timeframe for how quickly he'll reply.
