Good morning, I'm calling from Sunnybank Aged Care to confirm your mother's visit this Friday at 2 pm. Is that still convenient for you?

Sure. We currently allow a maximum of two visitors per session, and you'll need to book your slot through the facility's online system beforehand.

Children are welcome, but they must stay with you at all times, and the first visit should be limited to about 30 minutes for safety.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
