Thanks for coming in. Your notes say your eyes have been red, itchy, and swollen for a couple of days. When did the symptoms start, and is there any discharge?
医生你好,我这两天眼睛特别红,又痒又肿,早上起来的时候眼皮还粘在一起,好像有黄色的分泌物。
Has the discharge been watery or thick and yellow, and has it affected one eye or both eyes since yesterday?
开始只有左眼不舒服,现在右眼也开始红了,分泌物比较黏稠,颜色偏黄,昨天晚上更严重了。
This looks like acute infective conjunctivitis, which is highly contagious. I'll prescribe antibiotic eye drops for five days, four times daily, starting today.

Please avoid touching your eyes, wash your hands frequently, and don't wear contact lenses until the infection clears completely, otherwise it may spread.

You should stay home from work for at least three days; the pharmacy can supply the drops today if you have a valid script.
