Good morning, Mrs Li. I heard you've been having trouble with your right ear feeling blocked and muffled — can you describe what's been happening?
医生您好，我这几天右边耳朵一直闷闷的，听东西不太清楚，有时候还有点疼，好像堵住了一样。
It looks like a build-up of ear wax is blocking your ear canal, which explains the muffled hearing. I'll prescribe some softening ear drops to help clear it gently.
好的，那这个滴耳液要用几天呢？还有，需要放冰箱冷藏吗？
No, they don't need refrigeration — just keep them at room temperature away from sunlight. Use them for three days, twice daily, then we'll check your ear again.
明白了，那这几天我还能正常洗澡吗？可以游泳吗？
You can shower as normal, but please avoid swimming or getting water in your ear until the wax clears, unless the drops themselves cause irritation.
好的，那如果一周后还是没有好转，是不是就要去看专门的听力科？
Let's book a follow-up appointment in one week. If your hearing hasn't improved by then, I'll refer you for a proper audiology test.
