Detective Ryan here from NSW Police. Can you tell me exactly what happened when the fire started at your shop last night?
ඇත්ත, මට රාත්රී එකොළහයි තිහට විතර පිටිපස්සෙන් දුම් එනවා පේනවා ලැබුනා. මම ක්ෂණිකවම ගිනි නිවීම් අංශයට කතා කළා.
Before the fire started, did you notice anyone near the shop, or anything unusual happening that evening around closing time?
ඔව්, මට මතකයි විනාඩි විස්සකට විතර කලින් අමුතු මිනිසෙක් කුණු බඳුන් ළඟ හිටියා. මම එයාව මීට කලින් දැක්කේ නැහැ.
Fire and Rescue NSW is now investigating the cause of the fire. It hasn't been confirmed yet, so I can't give you a result today, but we'll keep you updated.

You can lodge your insurance claim now, but the insurer may wait for the official investigation report if arson is suspected as the cause.

You must not enter the shop until police give clearance, since the site is still being examined closely for physical evidence.
