Can you tell me how long your daughter has had diarrhoea, and how many times a day she has gone to the toilet?
Gabadhayda shan sano jirka ah waxay qabtaa shuban ilaa laba maalmood ah, shalayna waxay u tagtay musqusha lix jeer. Dhiig kama muuqdo, laakiin afkeeda waa qallalan yahay oo aad bay u oomman tahay.
Has she vomited, had a fever, or seemed unusually tired today? What has she eaten in the past two days, particularly yesterday?
Ma qandho qabin, mana mantagin, laakiin waxay cuntay hilib digaag iyo bariis shalay. Caadi ahaan way ciyaari jirtay, hase yeeshee maanta way daallan tahay oo aan door u muujin.
I recommend giving her an oral rehydration solution in small, frequent sips of water throughout the day. Has she urinated normally, or less than usual today?
