Mr. Mwakalinga, your ultrasound shows a four-centimetre mass on your liver, and we need further tests to find out exactly what it is.

It's possible, but we can't confirm without a biopsy. That test will tell us whether the cells are cancerous or not.

The biopsy uses a thin needle under local anaesthetic, so you won't feel much pain, and it usually takes under thirty minutes.
