Can you walk me through what's been happening with your stomach since yesterday, and when the diarrhoea first started?
Kahapon pong hapon nagsimula, parang bigla na lang sumakit ang tiyan ko tapos madalas na akong nagdudumi, halos anim na beses na po hanggang ngayon.
How many times have you had diarrhoea today, and did the symptoms start suddenly or build up gradually over the past two days?
Anim na beses na po ako nagdumi mula kahapon, parang bawat oras halos, tapos hindi naman unti-unti, bigla lang talaga siyang dumating.
Have you noticed any blood or mucus in your stool, felt dizzy when standing, or had a fever alongside the diarrhoea?
Wala naman pong dugo sa dumi ko, pero medyo nahihilo ako pag tumatayo, at may kaunting lagnat din po kagabi.
I'd like you to drink Hydralyte regularly to replace lost fluids, and we'll send a stool sample to the pathology lab for testing.
Sige po, iinom ako ng Hydralyte, saan po ako pwedeng magpasa ng sample, dito rin ba sa clinic?
We won't start antibiotics unless the lab confirms a bacterial infection, since most cases of diarrhoea clear up on their own within a week.
