Counselling Session for Work-Related Stress and Sleep Difficulties
Counsellor (speaking English) and Client (speaking Filipino) talk through “Counselling Session for Work-Related Stress and Sleep Difficulties”. You interpret both ways — English into Filipino, and Filipino into English — one segment at a time, exactly as in the CCL test.

Thank you for coming in today, Mrs. Villanueva. I'd like to start by understanding what's been weighing on you these past few weeks.
I hear you, and that sounds really difficult. On average, how many hours of sleep are you actually getting each night now?
That's quite limited rest for both your body and mind, which can affect everything else. Have you noticed changes in your appetite or concentration at work?
Let's work together on some practical coping strategies, and I'll also refer you to Beyond Blue for extra support between our sessions here at the clinic.
If you ever feel unsafe or think about harming yourself, please call Lifeline immediately, even outside our scheduled appointment times, day or night.
Good. Let's schedule a follow-up appointment in two weeks' time to check your progress and adjust this plan if it's needed.
Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
Practise it
Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Filipino dialogues · All languages
