I'd like to open a formal complaint against the electrician who rewired your kitchen in Wagga Wagga last month. Can you tell me exactly what went wrong with his work?
Do you have the invoice number, the date he issued it, and the quote of one thousand two hundred dollars he charged for the job?
NSW Fair Trading will contact him and formally ask for a written response explaining why the power points in the kitchen still aren't working properly.
If he doesn't respond or refuses to fix the faulty wiring, you can lodge a consumer claim with NCAT to seek a formal resolution.
The NCAT fee isn't fixed—it depends on how much you're claiming. You can check the exact amount on their website before filing.
Hearings are usually scheduled within a few weeks, though it depends on the tribunal's current caseload, so there's no guaranteed exact date for you.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Filipino dialogues · All languages
