Hello, I'm Karen, the venue coordinator. You booked Room Two for your support group, so let's check the seating and layout together.
Your booking says fourteen people on 3 November at 5 pm, but our list shows only ten chairs in that room. Is fourteen still the right number?
I can ask Blacktown City Council to add four stackable chairs, if they're free that evening. Would you like a circle, or rows facing the front?
A circle works well. Please keep the aisle clear, because we can't allow chairs to block the fire exit. Do you need a table for tea and water?
Thank you. I'll leave a wider gap near the door for the wheelchair. I'll confirm the extra chairs with the council and phone you by Thursday afternoon.
Good. Please come at half past four on 3 November, so we can check the room together. If the chairs aren't ready, we'll fix it before you start.

Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The practice room on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.
