Good afternoon, Mrs Yoon. Your gallbladder surgery is confirmed for Thursday at Liverpool Hospital. Are you currently taking any regular medications, including blood thinners?

Take your blood pressure tablet with a small sip of water at 6am. Don't skip that dose unless your doctor specifically says otherwise.

Most patients stay overnight and go home the next day if there are no complications during recovery. Otherwise, you may need a longer stay.
