Thanks for calling NRMA Insurance about the storm damage to your roof—let's go through what happened and plan the next steps together today.
지난 화요일 밤에 폭풍이 지나간 뒤로 침실 천장에서 물이 새기 시작했어요. 바닥에 양동이를 놓아서 받고 있는데 계속 늘어나고 있어요.
When did the leak first start, and roughly how much water has come into the bedroom so far, would you say?
화요일 밤부터 시작됐고, 지금까지 양동이에 물이 한 십오 리터 정도 찼어요. 계속 비가 와서 더 심해질까 봐 걱정이에요.
I can book an assessor for next Thursday at ten thirty in the morning through our online booking portal, if that time suits you.
