Thanks for calling Medibank, Mr. Yoon. I can see your physiotherapy claim from Glenroy Clinic was declined last week, and I'd like to explain exactly why that happened.
저도 잘 이해가 안 가는데요. 지난주에 글렌로이 클리닉에서 받은 영수증을 그대로 제출했거든요. 도대체 뭐가 문제였나요?
The invoice you uploaded didn't include the provider's registration number, so our system automatically rejected the claim without a manual review.
아, 그럼 클리닉에 다시 가서 그 등록번호를 받아오면 되는 거죠? 언제까지 다시 제출해야 하나요?
