Car Insurance Claim
Officer (speaking English) and Driver (speaking Mandarin) talk through “Car Insurance Claim”. You interpret both ways — English into Mandarin, and Mandarin into English — one segment at a time, exactly as in the CCL test.

Easy to miss: Keep '左右' as approximately seven, and that the other driver admitted fault while reversing.
That helps a lot. Since the other driver admitted fault, you may not need to pay your excess, once their insurer confirms liability.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- Excess说“自付额”或“免赔额”。
