Thank you for calling the Claims Department, this is Sarah speaking. I have your file open regarding storm damage to your roof. Could you confirm your policy number and describe what happened?
नमस्कार, मेरो पोलिसी नम्बर ९८७६५४ हो। हिजो राति झन्डै नौ बजे ठूलो आँधी बतासले गर्दा छानाबाट पानी चुहन थाल्यो, र अहिले पनि सुत्ने कोठाभित्र थोपा-थोपा पानी चुहिरहेको छ।
Thank you. When did the storm damage occur, and is the leak still active? Please tell me if there is water pooling inside the house right now.
