Full transcript
Good morning, I'm calling from the insurance company about the theft claim you lodged after the break-in at your home last week. Can you please confirm what happened?
Do you have the police report number? We'll need that reference from NSW Police to proceed with your claim.
Do you have receipts for the laptop and the jewelry? Without proof of purchase, we may struggle to assess the jewelry's value.
That's fine, the laptop claim should be straightforward with your receipt. For the jewelry, a written valuation or old photos would help us confirm its worth.
You can get the jewelry valued at a licensed jeweller. There's also a $500 excess deducted from your payout, and processing usually takes about 10 business days.
Yes, you can claim emergency repair costs for the door as well, as long as you keep the receipts. If everything's submitted, we shouldn't have delays.
Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.

Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Nepali dialogues · All languages
