Making a Will

Thank you for coming in today. I'll help you prepare your will and make sure everything is clearly documented. Do you own any property, savings, or other assets you'd like to include?

Your will must be signed in front of two independent witnesses; if this isn't done correctly, the will may not be legally recognised in Australia.

You can also register your will with the NSW Trustee and Guardian, so it's easier for your family to locate it later if needed.

Do you have young children? If so, we can name a guardian in your will in case something happens to both parents unexpectedly.
