Thanks for coming in - I can see from your file you've had diarrhoea. How many days has this been going on, and how often each day?
नमस्ते डाक्टर, मलाई तीन दिनदेखि पखाला लागिरहेको छ। दिनमा जम्मा पाँच वा छ पटकसम्म शौचालय गइरहेको छु।
Have you noticed any dizziness, a dry mouth, reduced urination, or unusual tiredness? These can all be signs of dehydration, which we need to manage carefully.
हजुर, मुख सुकेको जस्तो लाग्छ अनि अलि चक्कर पनि लाग्छ। पिसाब पनि थोरै मात्र भइरहेको छ।
Did you eat anything unusual recently, such as street food, or have you travelled outside Sydney in the past week?
गएको हप्ता साथीको घरमा बाहिरको खाना खाएको थिएँ। सिड्नी बाहिर भने कतै गएको छैन।
I'd recommend an oral rehydration solution such as Hydralyte, which you can get from the pharmacy, to help replace the fluids and salts you've lost.
बजारमा पाइने पखाला रोक्ने चक्की पनि खान मिल्छ कि? घरमा एउटा बाँकी छ।
Please don't take anti-diarrhoeal tablets if you currently have a fever, as this could actually worsen the underlying infection instead of helping it.

If you develop a fever, or if symptoms haven't improved within 48 hours, or you notice blood in your stool, please come back to the clinic immediately.
