Good morning Mr Sharma. Your blood pressure today is 150 over 95, which is higher than last time. Are you taking your medication every day without missing any doses?
I understand. Missing doses occasionally can make your blood pressure unstable. Have you noticed any headaches, dizziness, or blurred vision in the past week?
That's good to hear. Let's keep your current medication the same for now. How much salt do you usually add to your meals?
Try reducing salty foods like pickles and papad. Also, walking briskly for about 30 minutes most days can help lower your blood pressure naturally.
That's fine. Even short walks of ten minutes, perhaps to Westfield or around your block after dinner, can still make a real difference.
Excellent. Let's check your blood pressure again in four weeks. If it's still high, we may need to adjust your medication then.
