Hello, I'm the student counsellor here at the university. Can you tell me more about what's been happening with your studies this semester?
नमस्ते म्याडम, मलाई यो सेमेस्टरमा धेरै समस्या भइरहेको छ। दुई विषयमा फेल हुने डर छ किनभने पार्ट-टाइम काम र तनावले गर्दा पढ्न समय पाइरहेको छैन।
Because you're on a student visa, Home Affairs requires you to keep a full study load, unless a reduced load is officially approved.
बुझ्यो म्याडम। मैले कम स्टडी लोडको लागि कसरी आवेदन दिने? कुनै विशेष कागजात चाहिन्छ कि?
You'll need a medical certificate, a supporting letter from your GP, and this reduced-load application form signed by your course coordinator.

You have until Friday at 5 pm to submit everything to the office—that's only three days away, so please don't leave it too late.

If it isn't approved in time, you must maintain your full study load or officially withdraw before the census date, otherwise your visa status could be affected.

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
