Good morning, welcome to your antenatal check-up here at Westmead Hospital. How many weeks pregnant are you now, and have you noticed any new symptoms since your last visit?
That's good to hear. Let's check your blood pressure and weight today. Have you been feeling any dizziness, swelling, or unusual headaches recently?
Your blood pressure looks fine. Now, at 26 weeks, we usually schedule the glucose tolerance test. Have you had this test done yet, or not?
That's fine, we'll arrange it before your next visit. Your iron levels were slightly low last time, so I'll order a repeat blood test today.
Have you thought about where you'd like to give birth? Westmead Hospital has a birthing unit, but you could also consider Blacktown Hospital if closer.
Great, I'll book your next appointment in four weeks. If you notice reduced movements or bleeding before then, please come in immediately.
