Thanks for coming in today. Can you please tell me exactly what happened when you bought the fridge at Harvey Norman in Wagga Wagga last week?
Do you still have the original receipt, and can you confirm the exact date and time you made the purchase?
First, contact the store directly and ask them to correct the charge, since this may simply be a pricing error on their system.
If the store refuses to fix it, you can lodge a formal complaint with NCAT, which handles consumer disputes across New South Wales.
There's no fixed deadline, but it's best to lodge within a few weeks, so your evidence stays fresh and clear for the tribunal.
Bring the receipt, a photo of the price tag, and any recent messages with the store, though NCAT won't guarantee a full refund.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Urdu dialogues · All languages
