Mr. Nguyen, today's scan shows the cataract in your left eye has become denser since your check-up in March, and it's now affecting your central vision.

The clearest option now is cataract surgery, where we replace the cloudy lens with a clear artificial one. We can arrange this at Prince of Wales Hospital.
