Thanks for coming in, Mrs. Santos. I'd like to talk through Maria's meal plan and how the Peninsula Health eating disorder program can support her recovery.
Opo, salamat po. Kinakabahan po ako kasi ayaw niyang kumain, at parang bumababa nang bumababa ang timbang niya kada linggo.
The plan includes three meals and three snacks each day, plus a weekly weigh-in on Mondays at the clinic to track her progress safely.
Puwede po ba siyang pumasok sa school habang ginagawa niya ang meal plan, o kailangan muna siyang mag-stay sa bahay?
She can return to school once her weight stabilises, but if it doesn't, we'll recommend she stay home a little longer.
Ilang beses po kami dapat pumunta dito sa loob ng isang linggo para sa therapy at check-up?
We'll schedule weekly family-based therapy sessions, dietitian reviews every fortnight, and a paediatrician check-in once a month, at least for the next few months.
Mahal po ba ito lahat? May Medicare po kami pero baka hindi sapat, lalo na kung madalas ang gamutan.
Medicare's GP Mental Health Plan covers ten sessions a year, though it won't cover every dietitian visit, so we'll check the private health gaps together too.
