What's brought you in today—can you tell me what's going on with your ear, and when this discomfort first started?
Depuis vendredi dernier, j'ai l'impression que mon oreille droite est complètement bouchée, comme si j'étais sous l'eau.
How long has your ear felt blocked, and are you experiencing any pain, ringing, discharge or dizziness alongside it currently?
Non, pas de douleur ni d'écoulement, mais j'entends un léger bourdonnement et je perds un peu l'équilibre parfois.

Oui, j'utilise des cotons-tiges presque tous les jours après la douche, c'est une habitude.
It looks like built-up wax is blocking your ear canal completely, which explains the muffled hearing. I'll prescribe softening drops—use them twice daily for five days.

Please avoid swimming, showers with direct water pressure, or letting water into that ear until it's completely clear, otherwise the wax can swell and block it further.
