Thanks for coming in today, Madame Lefebvre. I need to go through what happened at your café on Enmore Road before the fire broke out last Thursday night.

Did you set the security alarm and lock both the front and back doors before you left that night?

Have you had any disagreement with your insurer, or anyone with a grievance against your business, in the past few months?

Fire and Rescue NSW found accelerant residue in two sections of the kitchen. Investigators are still analysing samples, and I can't confirm a completion date yet.
