There's two days of paid training before you start, covering safety procedures and equipment use. If everything goes smoothly, you could begin next Wednesday morning.

It's casual employment, so you can decline shifts whenever you like, provided you give at least twenty-four hours' notice to the rostering team beforehand.
お給料はどのように支払われますか。スーパーアニュエーションも含まれていますか。
You'll be paid weekly by direct deposit into your bank account, and superannuation is added on top of your wage, as required under Australian law.
