Mr. Naik, your optometrist noted increasing cloudiness in both eyes, with the right eye significantly worse. Can you tell me how this is affecting your daily life?

That's consistent with cataracts. The right lens has clouded enough to affect your vision; surgery would replace it with a clear artificial lens.
