Thanks for coming in today. I see from your file that your ear feels blocked and uncomfortable. When did this start, and is there any pain?
नमस्ते डाक्टर, मेरो दायाँ कान बन्द भएको जस्तो लाग्छ। यो झन्डै तीन दिनदेखि भइरहेको छ, तर दुखाइ छैन, सुन्न मात्र गाह्रो भएको छ।
Is there any discharge, ringing, or dizziness? Have you been swimming, flying recently, or using cotton buds?
छैन, कुनै डिस्चार्ज वा घन्टी बज्ने आवाज छैन। म पौडी खेलेको छैन, तर बानीले कानमा कटन बड प्रयोग गर्छु।
I can see a build-up of ear wax blocking your ear canal. I'll prescribe olive oil drops to soften it before we clear it.

Use two drops in the affected ear twice daily for three days. Please don't insert cotton buds, as this can push the wax further in.

You can buy the drops at the pharmacy without a prescription. If your hearing doesn't improve after three days, please come back for a check-up.

If it's still blocked after three days, I'll refer you to an ENT specialist for further assessment. Most cases resolve with drops alone.
