My name is Sarah, I'm your duty lawyer today. You've been charged with common assault after an incident with your neighbour. Do you understand this charge?

Your matter is listed at Parramatta Local Court next Tuesday at 10am. Before then, you need to decide whether to plead guilty or not guilty.
यदि मैले दोषी स्वीकार गरें भने के हुन्छ? र दोषी नस्वीकारे भने के हुन्छ?
If you plead guilty, the magistrate may impose a fine, good behaviour bond, or community service. If you plead not guilty, the matter proceeds to a hearing.
घटना त यस्तो थियो, छिमेकीले पहिले मलाई धकेल्नुभएको थियो, मैले पहिले धकेल्न खोजेको थिइनँ।
Police allege you pushed your neighbour during the argument. Can you tell me exactly what happened, in your own words, from the beginning?

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- Duty lawyer'ड्युटी वकिल' वा 'निःशुल्क सरकारी वकिल' भनेर व्याख्या गरेर भन्नुहोस्।
- Local Court'स्थानीय अदालत' भनेर अनुवाद गर्न सकिन्छ, वा 'Local Court' अंग्रेजीमै राख्न पनि उपयुक्त हुन्छ किनकि यो एक विशेष संस्थाको नाम हो।
