Ms Sharma, you stated earlier that you clearly told the waiter about your peanut allergy before you placed your order. Is that correct?
जी, मैले अर्डर गर्नुअघि नै वेटरलाई प्रस्ट भनेको थिएँ कि मलाई बदामको एलर्जी छ।
Did you specifically ask whether the satay sauce contained peanuts, or did you simply assume it was safe because the menu did not mention nuts?
मैले सीधै सतै ससमा बदाम छ कि छैन भनेर सोधिनँ, किनभने मेनुमा त्यस्तो कुरा उल्लेख नै थिएन, त्यसैले सुरक्षित होला भनेर सोचेको थिएँ।
You said your symptoms began within ten minutes of finishing the meal. Is it possible the reaction was triggered by something else you had eaten earlier that evening?

The restaurant, Chatswood Thai Kitchen, had recorded your allergy note on the order docket that evening. Did you personally see this note before your meal arrived?

If the waiter had clearly confirmed the sauce was completely peanut-free, would you still have ordered the same dish that night?
