Thanks for coming in. I have your file here noting a workplace concern. Could you walk me through what's been happening with your supervisor?

I'm sorry to hear that. Has this happened only once, or has your supervisor made similar comments several times, for example three times this month?

Under Australian workplace law, no employee can be treated unfairly because of their nationality or background. Have you kept any emails or text messages as evidence?

That's helpful. If we can't resolve this directly with your employer, you have the right to lodge a formal complaint with the Fair Work Ombudsman.

It's understandable to worry, but Australian law protects you from retaliation for raising a genuine complaint. Would you be willing to try mediation with your manager first, with an interpreter present?

Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
- Fair Work'Fair Work' नाम अंग्रेजीमै राख्नुपर्छ, यो एक विशिष्ट सरकारी निकायको नाम हो।
