Tell me what's been going on with your right ear this week, Mr. Ferreira, and when exactly the blockage first started bothering you.
Have you noticed any pain, fluid discharge, ringing sounds, or dizziness coming from that ear since the blockage began, even mild symptoms?
I'll check your ear now with this light. It looks like a firm build-up of wax is completely blocking your canal on that side.
It's not serious at all. Olive oil drops will soften the wax gradually so we can gently flush it out safely next week if needed.
Entendi.
You can get them at Chemist Warehouse on Moorabool Street. Use three drops in that ear, twice daily, for exactly five days straight.
Please avoid swimming and inserting cotton buds until the canal clears completely. If your hearing doesn't improve within one week, book a follow-up appointment straightaway.
