Counselling Follow-up Session
Counsellor (speaking English) and 来访者 (speaking Portuguese) talk through “Counselling Follow-up Session”. You interpret both ways — English into Portuguese, and Portuguese into English — one segment at a time, exactly as in the CCL test.

Thanks for coming in, Mrs. Almeida. How have you been feeling since our last session on Thursday two weeks ago, especially with the sleep issues we discussed?
Have you noticed any changes in your appetite or energy levels, or is work still causing you significant stress day to day?
If your GP agrees, I can refer you to a psychologist under Medicare's Better Access initiative, which may give you additional structured support.
This means you could receive up to ten subsidised sessions this year, though it won't cover everything, so we'll also focus on coping strategies here.
In the meantime, let's keep practising the breathing exercises daily, even if you only manage five minutes before bed each night.
Let's book your next appointment for Thursday the 12th at Bankstown Community Health Centre, same time as today, at four o'clock.
Terms in this dialogue that cost marks
CCL is marked on information transferred. These Australian terms have no direct word in most test languages — get one wrong and the segment's information is gone.
Practise it
Reading a transcript is not interpreting. The free daily dialogue on this site plays each segment at native speed, records you, and marks the information you transferred against the same categories examiners use — omissions, distortions, insertions — so you know where the marks went.

How the test works
Practice dialogue written to the CCL specification (two speakers, segments of 35 words or fewer, about 300 words). It is a practice text, not a NAATI test paper, and the AI score is this site's estimate, not a NAATI result. All Portuguese dialogues · All languages
