Thanks for waiting, Mrs Gill. I can see your order from 12 October, but our system shows two heaters were delivered. How can I help?
ਸਤ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਜੀ। ਮੈਂ ਬਾਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਹੀਟਰ ਮੰਗਵਾਇਆ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਮੇਰੇ ਘਰ ਦੋ ਆ ਗਏ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਡਰ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਿਤੇ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਨਾ ਕੱਟੇ ਜਾਣ।
I see. Your invoice is for one heater, $165. Could you check the labels on both boxes? Do they show the same order number?
