Welcome to our Fairfield office, Mr Grewal. Our records show you ordered twenty-four cartons, but the delivery note from the fifteenth of October says twenty-one. Is that what you received?
ਹਾਂ ਜੀ ਮੈਡਮ, ਮੈਂ ਚੌਵੀ ਡੱਬੇ ਮੰਗਵਾਏ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਪੰਦਰਾਂ ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੱਕੀ ਡੱਬੇ ਹੀ ਆਏ। ਤਿੰਨ ਡੱਬੇ ਘੱਟ ਸਨ।
Then the invoice of $1860 is too high. Did anyone check the cartons when the driver arrived, and did you sign the delivery note?
