Your son Mateo hit his head hard when he fell off his skateboard near Liverpool Hospital yesterday. Can you tell me exactly what happened afterwards?
Se cayó y perdió el conocimiento por unos segundos. Después vomitó dos veces y se quejaba de un dolor de cabeza muy fuerte.
The CT scan shows a mild concussion, not a skull fracture. He'll need forty-eight hours of close observation before we discuss discharge.

Watch for repeated vomiting, unequal pupils, extreme drowsiness, or seizures. If any of these appear, bring him back immediately, day or night.
