Before the doctor comes in to see you, could you tell me when your sneezing, itchy eyes and nasal congestion first began, please?

Thanks for explaining that. Are you currently taking any other regular medication, especially anything for blood pressure or a heart condition?

Yes, a saline nasal rinse twice daily and a cool compress over your eyes are both safe and won't interact with enalapril at all.
